August Gathering

Our August gathering will take place at the Old Leesville Cemetery, located behind the Family Worship Center. Members of SCV Camp 1995 (Anacoco Rangers) will meet to continue our restoration work on the headstones of four Confederate soldiers buried there.

This service project includes gently cleaning the markers, clearing debris from the surrounding area, and placing small commemorative flags at each grave. The goal is to preserve the dignity of these historic resting places and maintain the cemetery’s appearance for the community.

All members and volunteers are welcome to participate in this meaningful effort.
